Wizards at Sea Event Fee: In addition to the cruise fare, a $150 per person Wizards at Sea Event Fee will be added to your invoice, regardless of age. Since this is a private event, only those passengers booked through our agency will be admitted to our Wizards at Sea Cruise events. You will be issued I.D. Badges which must be worn to all of our events.
How to Figure the Pricing: Here is a sample of how the pricing works. We have used Category J, an inside cabin, as an example. Triples and Quad are available in selected categories only.

Deposit & Final Payment: A $350 per person deposit is due at the time of booking. Final Payment is due on or before April 10, 2013. Payments may be made by check, credit card or Pay Pal. Make checks payable to Cruises Cruises Cruises, Inc.
Payment Plan: An optional customized payment plan is available for you without service fees or finance charges.
Airfare: Air quotes provided upon request.
Transfers: The Westerdam is scheduled to depart from the Port of Seattle, Pier 91 on Garfield Street at 4:00pm on July 6th and return at 7:00am on July 13th. Transfers from the airport to the port and from the port back to the airport cost $28 per person each way or $56 per person roundtrip. They are only available on the day of Embarkation and the day of Disembarkation. If you are arriving on July 6th you should arrive no later than 1:00pm. If you are returning to the airport after the cruise, please schedule your return flight for 12:00 noon or later.
Fuel Supplement: The Fuel Supplement has been suspended for this sailing. Holland America reserves the right to re-instate a fuel supplement for all guests should the price of light sweet crude oil, according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index), increase above $70 USD per barrel.
Tell Your Family and Friends: This is the perfect family vacation. The ship is fun for people of all ages. What if your family members are not into HP? No problem. They will have plenty of shipboard activities and entertainment to enjoy. This is a family-friendly cruise event. There will be something for wizards and others of all ages.
Club HAL: Holland America has one of the best youth programs at sea. Experienced counselors will keep kids and teens busy day and night. Ages 3 and up.
Pre-Registration for Your Cruise: After booking your cruise you will receive a booking number. Please go to www.HollandAmerica.com and fill out the Online Check-in. At approximately 6 weeks before departure, you will be able to download and print your Boarding Pass and your Luggage Tags.
Gratuities: Holland America will post a charge of $12 per person, per day = $84 to your Shipboard Account for gratuities for your cabin steward and your dining room waiters.
Proof of Citizenship: Each passenger must bring proper proof of citizenship. A VALID PASSPORT IS RECOMMENDED. U.S. citizens may use a birth certificate (original or certified copy with a raised seal) along with a picture I.D. such as a driver’s license. Visas for U.S. citizens are NOT required. It is the responsibility of each passenger who is from a country other than the United States to check with your consulate for any visas that may required. Anyone without proper proof of citizenship will be denied boarding.
Age Requirements: If you are under 21 years of age the cruise line requires that you travel with someone 21 years or older in the same cabin or in a cabin nearby.
Cancellations and Refunds: If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed by Holland America:

Cruise Penalties begin on April 22, 2013. All cancellations must be received in writing. Name changes or additions will be allowed at Holland America’s discretion and are subject to cancellation charges, change fees and rate increases. Cruises Cruises Cruises reserves the right to cancel this event due to lack of participation in which case you will receive a full refund. Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance is available and recommended.
Cruises Cruises Cruises’ Penalties: In addition to the penalties assessed by Holland America, Cruises Cruises Cruises will charge a $100 per person Cancellation Penalty for any reservation that you cancel after the final payment date.
